Description:

The School of Nursing and Midwifery in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and administrative services to the School within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us in the post of Assistant Administrator (School Office). Under the direction of the Personal Assistant to Head of School you will provide routine administrative support in the School Office to support the school PA, academic staff and senior managers, including email management from the generic account and pay claims for our Visiting Specialists. You will also provide excellent customer service to the school/executive leadership team by arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, and other types of administrative support as required using various different pieces of software. You will also need to be a team player and engage in collaborative tasks across the wider Executive Support Team, offering support and guidance to colleagues. You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects.
