Description:

The Student Recruitment and Admissions team, working within External Relations and in conjunction with Faculties, is a dynamic, thriving and vital front-line area of the University dealing with a broad range of tasks during periods of high intensity. We are looking for 2 proactive, innovative and enthusiastic individuals who will be members of the team and will link the central Student Recruitment and Admissions team with either the Faculty of Science and Engineering or the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business. Under the direction of the Faculty Student Recruitment and Marketing Team Manager, you will be required to contribute to the creation of a customer focused, creative and efficient support service. Key to the role will be contributing to and supporting coordinated recruitment and marketing plans and schedules for each recruitment cycle as well as the development and delivery of marketing and recruitment campaigns. You will be responsible for a small team and will be liaising closely with the academic community. You will contribute to the delivery of marketing initiatives to support potential students in making well informed decisions about their choice of university and course. You will be required to work on a number of student recruitment activities including advertising, e-marketing, customer relationship management and events. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role that will be pivotal in creating successful, targeted and measurable campaigns to support the recruitment of excellent students to all programmes. You will be able to negotiate, be creative, organised, analytical, a strong communicator and hold excellent people management skills. Both roles are full time working 37 hours per week. Interviews are likely to take place on Monday 18th October 2021 and you will be notified if you have been shortlisted or not.
