The Executive Support Team in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and Administrative services to the Executive Team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person. Your role will be involved in a variety of exciting cross faculty projects, such as SharePoint/Teamsite development, reviewing team processes and looking for creative solutions, or supporting the implementation of new systems. You will also have responsibility of an administration assistant. Working in a great supportive team, you will require good team working skill, a high level of customer service, a flexible 'can do' approach, and the ability to work independently prioritising and managing an ever changing workload. Experience and confidence in using different IT packages/platforms is important as you will help administer and manage Teamsites, and manage data held in spreadsheets. You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects.
