Description:

The Assistant Administrator will join the team at an exciting time and will use their knowledge and skills to support in the delivery of the Estate Strategy. The Estates and Facilities directorate is a busy, customer focused environment and under the guidance of the Property Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality, effective and flexible administration duties together with excellent customer service. In particular, collating and processing information and documents, including legal and financial. Core duties of this role include producing reconciliations; liaising with customers and suppliers to deal with enquiries and requests; maintaining and updating specialist spreadsheets including the property and income portfolios and forecasts; raising purchase orders; paying invoices and working with large data sets, for example Space Audit and Space Validation. You will have a high standard of numeracy and literacy, with clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills, together with an advanced working knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. This is a part-time position working 22.2 hours a week on a permanent basis, hours and days of working can be discussed.
