This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the Clinical Liaison Services Team at the Faculty of Health. The Clinical Liaison Services Team is responsible for providing comprehensive management and administration of the medical and dental schools' clinical placements. The focus of the team is on clinical provider liaison and engaging with the wider health community. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised individual to take up the post of Assistant Administrator to help support the delivery of our medical (BMBS) curriculum. You will co-ordinate hospital placements and academic teaching delivery for Years 3 & 4 medical students and produce student timetables to be uploaded onto the Digital Learning Environment. You will also record and maintain data on teaching delivery by hospital departments and support the quality assurance of teaching and assessments. You will have good communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also have the ability to work as part of a team and good IT skills, particularly good working knowledge of Excel. The post will be located at the John Bull Building, Plymouth Science Park, Derriford, Plymouth. The team has informal arrangements for partial remote working and we are happy to discuss this with interested applicants. This is a full-time poaition working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
