Description:
The Student Recruitment and Admissions department is a dynamic, thriving and crucial area of the University with periods throughout the year of high intensity. A proactive and enthusiastic individual is required to join the Outreach Team. Under the direction of the Outreach Team Leader and as a member of the team, you will contribute to the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient outreach service to influence potential students in making a well informed choice of university and course. You will work as part of team to support the organisation and delivery of a nationwide outreach service at a Postgraduate and Undergraduate level through delivery of face to face and virtual presentations and exhibition stands. You will also be responsible for leading on smaller scale on campus events and managing the administration for the team. You will develop and maintain a defined area of expertise in relation to student recruitment events, activities and initiatives whilst also developing and maintaining a breadth of skills to support flexible support across the wider team as required. You will be required to liaise with colleagues across the University and build relationships with external stakeholders. There will also be the requirement to work evenings and weekends and to travel around the regions to attend school and college events.
