This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join the Timetabling team within the University’s Academic Registry Directorate. The Academic Registry’s primary function is to oversee and deliver a broad range of services, which support and enhance the University’s academic mission, acting as a key enabler for the delivery of its Education Strategy. The aim of the University’s Timetabling Team is to provide a comprehensive timetabling service in support of our diverse academic programmes, thereby enhancing the student experience. Working within the Timetabling team you will be responsible for timetabling teaching activities where the ability to work as part of a team, methodically with attention to detail is paramount. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including experience of working with complex data in a methodical way in Excel. Good organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise your work is also required. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required as you will be liaising with various colleagues across the University.
