We are looking for an Administrator to join our busy Pay & Pensions team as part of the HR Operations service. You will be working closely with the Payroll Team Leader to process payroll administration and deal with a variety of queries from across the University and its subsidiaries. The role will involve dealing with payroll related tasks on a variety of systems; including Microsoft Excel and you will work closely with HR colleagues to ensure the effective administration of the payroll function. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Office packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a methodical and conscientious approach to work, and a demonstrable commitment to providing first-rate customer service. The ability to work accurately and flexibly in a busy and constantly changing environment, both independently and as part of a team, is essential.
