*The salary range is provided by the collective bargaining agreement associated with this position. Actual pay will be based on selected candidates' experience.
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, administers SuccessFactors system platforms; coordinates and manages assigned projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities MAY include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Provides main subject matter expertise for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development systems; collaborates with key functional users to understand needs. *Researches and recommends system improvements to system platforms; makes appropriate decisions based on experience. *Develops reports and analyzes data based on functional area requests; recommends recurring reporting solutions to ensure district leadership is informed. *Participates in cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to understand current and future system needs; develops plans for implementation. *Gathers requirements and configures changes to performance forms requested by functional process owners. *Interfaces with contracted system consultants to manage implementation of new system functionality. *Plans and manages assigned projects from design through completion, according to project time-lines, budgets, state and Federal regulations, and MPS standards; manages contractors, contracts, and special projects. *Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; tracks project milestones and deliverables; develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. *Develops instructional and training materials for the SuccessFactors system. *Coordinates end-user testing of newly implemented functionalities. *Provides technical support and administration for recruitment, onboarding, employee performance and employee learning and development systems; defines problems, identifies and isolates errors, and implements technical solutions to solve problems. *Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with students, clients, visitors, and MPS staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment *Enthusiastically promotes the Superintendent's goals and priorities in compliance with all policies and procedures. *Maintains absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, records and MPS information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems, human resources, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year of experience administering software platforms for learning or performance systems; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by Human Resources.
Knowledge of:
*Principles and practices of employee Performance Management. *Principles and practices of employee Professional Learning. *Principles and practices of employee Recruitment processes. *Success Factors Human Capital Management platform. *Project management and analytical techniques. *SAP ERP systems and report writing query tools. *Professional standards for business correspondence, writing, spelling and grammar. *Business and personal computers, and spreadsheet software applications. *Customer service standards and protocols. *Principles of record keeping, records retention, records management, and file maintenance. *Techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, in person and over the telephone, where relations may be confrontational or strained.
SKILL IN:
*Analyzing problems and recommending effective solutions. *Use of a wide variety of hardware and software related capabilities and activities of HRIS system. *Preparing clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials. *Planning, prioritizing and completing assignments with minimum supervision. *Responding professionally, effectively and efficiently to customer service requests. *Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. *Operating a personal computer using standard and specialized software. *Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid Minnesota State Driver's License may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a standard office environment which requires occasionally lifting such articles as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and heavy phone usage.
