Working in collaboration with the Administration Operations Manager for Apprenticeships and on behalf of the Central Apprenticeship Hub you will coordinate the recruitment and admissions process for apprenticeships and will manage the delivery and development of a comprehensive, customer focused, integrated, cost effective and progressive apprenticeship recruitment process/provision. You will manage the apprenticeship recruitment/admissions process responsible for developing and managing the processes and schedules for the recruitment and admissions process for apprentice students. You will develop and document processes working collaboratively with wider teams across the University to support any developing part of the work of apprenticeship recruitment and admissions. You will have a working knowledge of apprenticeships and the student recruitment and admissions process in Higher Education. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft word/Excel and outlook is essential. This post has a hybrid working pattern of a combination of office-based activity undertaken at the Emdeck site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and working from home on Monday and Friday.
