KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
Responsibilities:
Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements focusing in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
Support engagement leadership and demonstrate ability to oversee team members on key project activities
Execute the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements including supporting the development of learning strategies, needs assessments, content development and training delivery
Leverage contemporary interactive technologies to engage learners and enhance learning, including digital adoption tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Epilogue Opus, Cornerstone, etc.)
Participate in business development by supporting new opportunities in the areas of learning strategy, digital learning, and learning managed services
Support the development and evolution of Human Capital Advisory's methodologies and intellectual capital by contributing to articles, whitepapers and firm/industry training efforts
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience related to Learning & Development consulting including instructional design and talent development; experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Advanced degree in Adult Education, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or MBA preferred
Knowledge of principles and methods governing learning functions and learning programs, including learning functional design, curriculum & training design, teaching & instruction for individuals & groups and the measurement of training effectiveness; knowledge of major cloud systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.) & functional processes (e.g. Procurement/Supply Chain, Finance and/or HR)
Experience leading and contributing to the activities within a project or team, including excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients
