The St. Tammany Parish School Board is now accepting applications for a Director of Transportation

. This is a twelve (12) month position with a starting salary of $87,845. Qualifications for this position are: U.S. citizenship or authorized alien, high school diploma or equivalent, experience in transportation management and supervision, knowledge of engine mechanics and school bus repair, supervisory experience, excellent driving record, ability to certify as a school bus driver and knowledge of transportation laws and safety. A college degree and geographical knowledge of St. Tammany Parish is desired.
