Job Description:

The AACSB-accredited Jack Welch College of Business & Technology

is seeking candidates for a one-year visiting faculty position in the Management Department

starting Fall 2023. The University seeks a highly ambitious, energetic person who is innovative and passionate about teaching and research. Upon selection, the faculty member will be expected to teach courses in Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels and advance the research in the field of Management.

Requirements:

This position requires a doctorate from an AACSB-accredited program in Management. ABD candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will have an excellent teaching record and a demonstrated capability to contribute to high-quality research in their field. In addition, experience/background and/or interest in technology would be looked upon favorably.

The successful candidate will actively promote a collegial environment and consciously apply our mission and values to create a culture of inclusion and belonging, a safe space where all may thrive and succeed.
