Description:

An exciting opportunity is available in the Executive Support Team of the Faculty of Health. In addition to supporting the senior executives of the faculty, you will also convene and service meetings and events. If you are a proactive and experienced administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills, together with the ability to work accurately and flexibly in a busy and constantly changing environment, then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will have demonstrative experience of working in a complex office environment, supporting key personnel. You will support multiple committee meetings and similar events and experience of taking notes and producing accurate minutes in the required format (eg full minutes, action points) and associated documentation to a deadline is essential. You will primarily on the Plymouth City Centre Campus. Whilst most of your time will be spent on Campus, you may be able to work from home in a way that is balanced with the needs of the role, usually for part of your working week. We work in a very digital way, using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom but we also prioritise face-to-face contact for collaboration and teambuilding.
