UC Online is seeking one (1) Assistant Director of Online Marketing (ADM) to serve as a leader within the marketing team.
The Assistant Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for providing coaching, training and administrative leadership within the marketing team, along with onboarding new hires. This person will work closely with the current Asst Dir of Marketing to help ensure that UC Online has the right marketing strategies and consumer insights in place and great creative to attract as many potential prospects as possible. The ADM will be responsible for making sure his/her team is delivering on the leads needed for their respective programs to give to our recruiting team. This role will help manage UC Online’s agency partnerships and marketing budgets. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that the marketing team continues to evolve and uses the latest best practices in all marketing efforts. The team is very data driven and focuses on KPIs for all marketing decisions so the ADM will need to be comfortable not only operating in this environment, but teaching their respective team on how to incorporate KPIs in decision making.
As a leader within the UC Online organization, the Assistant Director of Online Marketing will be expected to provide input into the overall marketing strategy and help deliver all marketing goals. Working alongside other members of the UC Online leadership team, the Assistant Director of Online Marketing will assist in the development and implementation of best practices for organizational success.
This position is based on the UC Main Campus, and the selected candidates will be expected to work on-campus.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience *A minimum of six (6) years of experience in product or service marketing, campaign planning, strategy development, and digital marketing. *CRM experience preferred.
