JOB OVERVIEW
The College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) Office of the Dean is searching for a full-time Associate To to provide administrative support to the Dean. This position will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff, and all our activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Associate To will:
*Assist in administrative and operational activities in the Dean's office with primary support to the Dean. *Provide office support through management of calendar and meeting schedules; preparation of reports, presentations, and letters. *Provide maintenance of college distribution listservs, directories, and committee lists. *Coordination of college retreats and meetings. *Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes. *Maintenance of the Dean's office intranet page and shared resources sites. *Provide general assistance to faculty and staff; and other support duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience; -OR- Associate's degree and five (5) years' experience; -OR- seven (7) years' experience. Degree and experience must be in a related field. *Some positions may require experience in university administration. *Experience may also require at least one (1) year supervision.
