General Description of Position:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Project Implementation and Management, the Director and Faculty Liaison will be responsible for successfully providing insight and collaboration between Ivy Tech Community College (ITCC) and Community Health Network (CHNw) as part of the CHNw Nurse Scholars program and subsequent CHNw HRSA-NEPQR Registered Nurse Training Program Grant, of which ITCC is a subaward recipient. The Director and Faculty Liaison will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships and communication between the academic and practice partners to ensure successful implementation of grant goals and objectives.
This is a grant-funded, full-time position. There is no guarantee for continued employment beyond the grant period, which ends on December 31, 2025.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide support the Nursing Deans, Chairs, and Faculty at the Anderson, Hamilton County, Indianapolis, and Kokomo campuses to lead work related to the CHNw Nurse Scholars program and CHNw HRSA-NEPQR Registered Nurse Training Program Grant.
Provides direction of administrative and operational activities for Campus Liaisons at the Anderson, Hamilton County, Indianapolis, and Kokomo campuses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with work related to the CHNw Nurse Scholars program and CHNw HRSA-NEPQR Registered Nurse Training Program Grant.
Oversees Community Health Network Nurse Scholar supports fornursing students enrolled in the CHNw Nurse Scholars programs at the Anderson, Hamilton County, Indianapolis, and Kokomo campuses to facilitate their progress and success in the program.
Assist the Executive Director for Project Implementation & Management, School of Health Sciences and School of Nursing with the overall administration of implementation and management of the CHNw Nurse Scholars program and CHNw HRSA-NEPQR Registered Nurse Training Program Grant.
Assist with the completion of programmatic reporting as required by the scope of the grant agreement. Provide clear, consistent communication on a frequent basis with the VP for Healthcare, the Executive Director for Project Implementation & Management, Ivy Tech staff and faculty, as well as partner organization about the progress of the grant-funded initiatives.
Manages arranging, conducting, and reporting out from meetings, both virtually and in person, to facilitate grant activities. This will include travel to Ivy Tech campuses, to facilitate/attend meetings with external partners, and attend related in-state conferences as appropriate.
Collaborate regularly with the Executive Director for Project Implementation & Management and the Systems Office Grants Management team to review grant spending and activities following grant regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing, Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Indiana, and three (3) years of direct related work experience required.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability and willingness to travel within the state of Indiana.
