The Student Recruitment & Admissions Department is a dynamic, thriving and crucial area of the University dealing with a range of applications during periods of high intensity. A proactive, resilient and enthusiastic individual is required to join the team with responsibility with assisting with the assessment & administration tasks linked to offer making. Under the direction of a Senior Admissions Officer & Admissions Team Leader and UCAS Specialist and as a member of the team you will contribute to the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient admissions service. Dealing with very high volumes at times you will assist with a diverse range of tasks including data entry, document uploading, qualification assessment and database work. You will need to be flexible, capable of organising their workload effectively and be able to pay particular attention to detail. It is essential that have excellent communication skills, good IT skills be able to multi task and to be able to keep calm during peak periods of our business. Previous experience of working within an office environment is also desirable.
