Come and join us at Freshlings Nursery as a Bank Nursery Assistant. We are looking for staff who have experience working with children under 5 years of age and are qualified with a minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator and want the flexibility of hours and the chance to gain further experience. You must have good communication skills and a willingness to learn in order to support the high-quality service provided. You must be able to support an inclusive and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn through play and exploration. You must: Have previous experience of working with children under the age of 5 years in an early years environment. Have a full and relevant level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent. Be available to work at least 2 days per week Monday to Friday, all year round. Be a confident and caring individual with good communication skills. Be able to work in a team as well as individually.
