I need a math teacher to solve a math problem based on arithmetics.
I need to figure out a calculation for knowing how much a business needs to borrow when the time it takes them to collect money from accounts receivable is greater than the time their supplier credit is due. For example, say that a supplier gives a business 30 days credit to pay back what they purchased and let us suppose that the time it takes the business to sell the inventory and then collect from accounts receivable is 45 days. How much would this business need to borrow each year to cover for the 15-day gap they have?
