Description:
The Student Recuritment & Admissions Department is a dynamic, thriving and crucial area of the University dealing with a range of applications during periods of high intensity. A proactive and enthusiastic individual is required to join the team with responsibility with assisting with administration tasks linked to offer making. Under the direction of a Senior Admissions Officer and as a member of the team you will contribute to the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient admissions service. Dealing with very high volumes at times you will assist with a diverse range of tasks including data entry, document uploading and database work. You will need to be flexible, capable of organising their workload effectively and be able to pay particular attention to detail. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, good IT skills be able to multi task and keep calm during peak periods of our business and preferably have experience of working within an office environment.
