Description:
Human Resources are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team. This exciting new role will suit an experienced L&D specialist who wants to play a critical role in the development and delivery of of a L&D strategy, covering academic, research and professional services staff, which enables the university 2030 strategy. You will partner with leadership teams to support and implement key L&D strategies as well as working collaboratively with colleagues to develop bespoke L&D solutions which support the development of our internal talent. A key focus for this role will be supporting the enhancement of leadership skills and actively engaging with stakeholders to embed a learning culture which develops these skills. You should possess a blend of L&D and HR functional skills, have exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion to develop innovative and engaging ways to provide learning and development opportunities that support a high-performance culture. You will have a proven track record in L&D and providing expertise and advice to managers to influence approaches and outcomes.
