and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Isogenica is a research and development biotechnology company, which develops highly specialised antibodies for future clinical use.
As an enthusiastic graduate, this is a career-development opportunity for you to manage a Knowledge Transfer Partnership
(KTP). Fully supported by the University, you will be instrumental in delivering a high-profile and commercially strategic project.
Based at Isogenica in Little Chesterford, Essex, you will have a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of this multi-disciplinary project to develop Machine Learning tools that will be embedded into the workflow of high quality antibody generation at Isogenica.
You will work alongside Isogenica’s scientific and business development team and be central in supporting important decisions on the development of the tool, enabling Isogenica to develop antibodies tailored to the needs of customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the knowledge and the tool developed is embedded within the business and ready for commercial launch. An awareness of commercial drivers and previous experience of working in a commercial laboratory is desirable, but not essential.
You should hold a postgraduate degree, MSc or PhD (or near to completion) in Biology or related discipline. Experience in bio-informatics, immunology, antibody generation, protein engineering and Machine Learning applied to medicine or life sciences, gained from your work in a similar or related role within an industrial, scientific or research environment would be advantageous.

As a proactive person, you will have the passion and desire for creating something new, be able to organise your own time effectively and have a flexible approach to prioritising work tasks.
Through the KTP, you will receive full support and mentoring to nurture your talent. You will have your own budget for training and CPD, helping you develop your skillset and reach your personal and professional career goals.
