Community Enrichment Teachers
who will be all-in on our mission and who will lead and teach Community Enrichment classes including but not limited to the following areas: sports and fitness, culinary, arts, computer, and martial arts. We have Community Enrichment classes, Seniors College, and Kids College.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must Be At Least 18 Years of Age
EDUCATION:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Some college
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Preferred:
Successful Teaching Experience.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare lesson plans.
Maintain order and structure during class.
Actively engage students in applicable subject area each day.
Establish clear rules and expectations of the program with students.
Provide flexibility with lesson plans and activity changes for students.
Ensure space is safe, clean and organized.
Be able to physically respond quickly in an emergency.
Perform other related duties as required.

Able to follow directions and chain of command.
Knowledge of the applicable subject area.
Ability to manage classroom of children or adults.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to travel between offices and buildings, and requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull and/or maneuvre office supplies, sports equipment, and program supplies as needed. Possess the ability to walk, bend, stand, squat or sit on the floor (with students.) Be able to physically respond quickly in an emergency.
