Due to an increase in student numbers and the ongoing development of the programmes offered, the Department of Management within Lincoln International Business School is seeking to recruit a number of Associate Lecturers across a range of specialisms, who can work across the department to deliver lectures, seminars and complete associated preparation and marking. Our required subject areas are:
Business Strategy
International Entrepreneurship
Operations management
Project management
General Leadership/management
Associate Lecturers carry out a valuable role in the delivery of our academic programmes and are engaged for the delivery of formal scheduled teaching and teaching related activity. Hours will vary by negotiation, but are likely to be between three and nine hours per week on campus, during term time, with marking responsibilities during assessment periods. It is envisaged that Associate Lecturers will work within existing teaching teams with the support of a module leader. Applications are therefore welcome from individuals with previous lecturing or training experience who are in possession of a minimum of a masters degree in at least one of our required discipline areas.
