You will form part of the School’s Student Experience Team and lead the School’s employability and placement activities. You will be responsible for all aspects of the School’s Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught/Research employability activities, working closely with the Director of Employability and the University’s Careers and Employability Service. You will also work closely with the School’s Student Experience Team Leader (Enhancement), Head of Operations, other School team leaders and academic colleagues.  You will lead, manage and supervise members of the Student Experience Team to ensure the maximisation of service delivered to students and staff, the setting and monitoring of standards of performance, and an appropriate level of delegation, development and training to enable the team to operate in an optimal manner. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience).
