Description:
This position is a temporary, part-time lecturer to teach courses for the Department of Management in Fall 2022 and/or Spring 2023. We may have sections of MGT 4345 Global Supply Chain Management, MGT 3333 Procurement & Materials Management, and another specialized supply chain course available. All teaching is in-person on Baylor campus in Waco.
Essential job functions include Adhere to Christian principles throughout the course and in relationships with students
Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and in alignment with syllabi taught by other professors of the same course in the department
Model critical and reflective thinking
Be personally responsible for handling confidential information concerning students, faculty, and other information available to them.

Foster the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective development of learners
Organize content and learning experiences according to accepted principles of learning
Provide timely, constructive, and thoughtful feedback to learners
Be available by appointment to learners
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum Masters degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, general MBA or related field. Professional experience in supply chain management preferred.
