The
Office of Enrollment and Strategic Initiatives
invites applications for a
Computer Systems Analyst II
to provide Enrollment Management Technology support for timely and effective communications to students and families in the Enrollment funnel (prospects, inquiries, applicants, and admits). The process includes but is not limited to; development and maintenance of our CRM communication modules and related channels. Communicating to the Enrollment funnel is an integral part of the university's ability to deliver accurate and helpful information for students intending to enroll for a first term. This position is responsible for design, implementation, operational maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Admissions/CRM system (currently Slate).
During peaks admissions cycles, this position will also automate administrative work including assisting with mailings and outreach to non-applied and applied students. Position also requires ability to work with sensitive issues requiring high levels of confidentiality.

Ability to create and update documentation and provide training as needed.
Demonstrated ability to quickly master new technical skills, software programs, and production processes.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a collaborative team.
Proven knowledge and understanding of standard office software applications.
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Ability to work independently and to initiate necessary work procedures as determined by supervisor.
Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments, handle interruptions and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
The flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of professional office practices and procedures, business English, spelling, composition, and grammar, including exceptional writing and editing skills.
Demonstrated skill and ability to operate standard office equipment: printers, copiers, fax machine, multi-line telephone system.
Minimum Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
