This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated administrator to join the Clinical Liaison Team in the Faculty of Health. The Clinical Liaison Team is responsible for providing comprehensive management and administration of the medical and dental schools' clinical placements. The focus of the team is on clinical provider liaison and engaging with the wider health community. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised individual to take up the post of Senior Clinical Liaison Administrator. This new post will maintain accurate placement and teaching records for data reporting and finance purposes; liaise with other members of the Clinical Liaison Team in Plymouth and the Administration Teams in our clinical partner sites in Torbay and Taunton; review and improve the current processes and work improve efficiency and consistency of data. You will ensure that any changes in student activity or provider are noted in a timely manner on the data spreadsheet. You will ensure NHS Trusts and Partner Organisations receive accurate detailed breakdowns of all teaching activity for finance and job planning purposes. You will raise purchase orders and monitor the receipt of invoices and claims. You will need excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have experience of working with and analysing large volumes of data, plus the ability to work as part of a team. You will have excellent IT skills, particularly advanced working knowledge of Excel. The post will be located at the John Bull Building, Plymouth Science Park, Derriford, Plymouth. This is a part-time position working 22.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
