role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and
implementing the structured therapeutic program activities for individuals and
groups of patients of an assigned patient care unit for a specific shift. The role may provide care to various patient
populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
','!*!Masters degree in counseling psychology, psychology
or other closely related behavioral health degree preferred. Bachelors degree
in counseling psychology, psychology or other closely related behavioral health
degree with 1 ½ to 2 years clinical experience specific to unit, program and
field in which would be working required. At least one year’s experience in a
psychiatric inpatient or residential treatment setting for children. Able to
perform CPR techniques. Able to complete Safe Crisis Management training and
perform safe crisis management techniques.
