We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic  Built Environment Lecturer
 to join our Construction department at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
In this exciting role you will be delivering teaching and learning on units within our Construction programmes on our Level 3 courses.
Working closely with the Director of Learning and the rest of the team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with students to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor and course leader for the level 3 provision, promote attendance, and write lesson plans/Scheme of Work which are in line with the awarding body requirements.
You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within your subject area, as well as being responsible for developing the exciting new T Level programme for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
The successful candidate must have:
A teaching qualification (ideally at Level 5 such as a DET, DTTLS, Cert Ed)
A Degree in Quantity Surveying or in a similar subject
Experience of teaching and assessment including assignment writing
Significant industry experience
Some experience of Quality assurance
An RICS accreditation is also highly advantageous but not essential
