A full-service literary management company, is seeking an assistant to two managers. Ideal candidates will have related industry experience, preferably at an agency or management company. We are looking for someone with a very strong work ethic, a desire to assume a leadership role and someone interested in growth within the company who would be interested in representation of literary clients. They would have superior communication skills/phone manners, excellent writing skills; be well-organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include phones, correspondence, scheduling, client appointments, script coverage, and project tracking.
As of March 1 we will be working in office. N95 masks must be worn in all common areas and will be provided. You must have proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test within two days of starting employment.
