who will be all-in on our mission and who will teach classes for youth-based curriculum including but not limited to the following areas: STEM, sports and fitness, arts, and martial arts.
EDUCATION
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Some College
CERTIFICATION
Preferred:
First Aid and CPR Certification (or obtained within 90 days).
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Successful Teaching/Coaching Experience.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Report directly to Project Manager.
Establish clear rules and expectations of the program for the students.
Maintain order and structure during class.
Actively engage students in applicable subject area each day.
Provide flexibility with lesson plans and activity changes for students.
Manage students behavioral issues.
Ensure space is safe, clean and organized.
Perform other related duties as required.

Salary:
$20.00 per hour.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to travel between offices and buildings, and requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull and/or maneuver office supplies, sports equipment, and program supplies as needed. Possess the ability to walk, bend, stand, squat or sit on the floor (with students.) Be able to physically respond quickly in an emergency.
Working Conditions:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays, and varying events if necessary.)
