Position Description
Maintain a data management program for College and Career Readiness (CCR); manage, maintain and monitor a system for the collection, input, analysis, and dissemination of literacy data, including responding to areas of concern by faculty and staff; collect, process, and encode registration forms, class rosters, assessment scores, and attendance information into Colleague or the current data operating system and extract information to generate statistical documents, reports, etc... ; input assessment scores and student, course, and instructor data in conjunction with managing, monitoring, and analyzing data within the management system; assist in performing orientation/assessment/placement duties for CCR, including setting up student files and scanning assessment answer sheets; maintain accurate records and reports relative to the program as needed; perform related administrative and recordkeeping duties, including student registration, student data input, payroll, purchasing, inventory, and budget; build classes and sections, input data, complete instructor contracts in Colleague, maintain files and schedules, instructors, sections and locations; prepare, receive and review records and reports; provide leadership for office operations; understand and apply applicable regulations to department administrative and recordkeeping functions; refer to policy and procedure manuals;  provide supervision of clerical staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
Salary:   $2,304.00 per month.
Start Date:  April 11, 2022.
Closing Date:  March 27, 2022, or open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, required.  Post secondary degree, preferred.
