Main Purpose of the Post
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive person to an exciting new role within the Faculty to lead a small team and work in conjunction with the Marketing, Postgraduate UK Recruitment and International student recruitment teams to help meet ambitious recruitment forecasts and to develop and implement an UK Undergraduate Recruitment and Schools Engagement Strategy for the Faculty.
The Faculty’s Marketing, Recruitment and Internationalisation teams use their skills and knowledge to develop and provide services to drive forward campaigns to underpin the Faculty’s strategic objectives of improving student recruitment, diversifying the Faculty’s revenues and showcasing the Faculty’s research and commercial achievements.
In an increasingly competitive market the Faculty has identified an opportunity to further prioritise its UK undergraduate recruitment, Schools Engagement and Outreach agenda and is seeking an individual with experience of working on the UK undergraduate recruitment agenda.
The ability to manage a range of different situations is essential, as is the ability to build good working relationships with academic and professional services colleagues.  Candidates should be highly organised, proactive and capable of working independently.
