The Diagnostic Radiography programme, part of the Peninsula Medical School, works in close partnership with South west and other regions hospitals as well as with a variety of community-based and private clinical partners. Our programmes provide our students with all the skills, knowledge, and support they need to become outstanding future Diagnostic Radiographers You will provide academic support for the new BSc Diagnostic Radiography programme (including clinical placements) delivered by the Peninsula Medical School (PMS) and our clinical partners. Ensuring a high-quality student learning experience, you will work in close conjunction with colleagues in the medical school and NHS /Independent sector in development and delivery of teaching and learning across the Radiography programme. In September 2022, the MSc in Medical Imaging will start and you may be involved in the delivery of this. You will be a HCPC registered radiographer, with UK experience, who may be in clinical practice, working with students, and would like to now be part of the academic team delivering all aspects of the Diagnostic Radiography programme. You will have extensive post-graduate experience in Ultrasound and will have studied at Level 7. We welcome applicants who may wish to continue with their clinical role whilst pursuing their academic role in a part-time capacity.
