The Division of Hematology and Oncology supports **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Medical Center (UCMC), West Chester Hospital (WCH), University of Cincinnati Cancer Institute and the Cincinnati Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The Division consists of 18 clinical faculty members. The Division includes multiple clinical centers of excellence, a Hemophilia Center, a Therapeutic phase I program and serves as a referral center for the Tri-State region. Eight divisional research labs provide venues for translational research studies. In addition, ample opportunities exist on campus for access to resources in immunobiology, laboratory medicine, transfusion medicine, cell mediated therapy and cancer biology at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This Medical Scientist position will engage in patient care, clinical investigation and teaching to fellows in Hematology/Oncology. The research focus will be on Acute Leukemia in the Leukemia Drug Development Lab. This is an academic mission position: effort distribution is negotiable for non-clinical time including research, teaching or administration. Compensation is highly competitive with the opportunity for incentives based on clinical and/or academic productivity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
MD or DO with Board eligibility or Board certification in hematology or hematology and oncology.
