Saïd Business School are recruiting for a Career Development Centre Events Officer reporting to the Head of Career Development Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for you.  In this role you will provide a high level of support to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the centre run smoothly and efficiently.
This post, as well covering operational support, will have the specific responsibility for Career Development event management. This includes, our flagship MBA Launch programme, our skills training sessions and employer events.
You will work with key event stakeholders across the business to ensure all our events run successfully and will be required to work collaboratively with the co-curricular co-ordination team and the event steering group to minimise clashes in the school’s busy schedule.
You will also assume responsibility for implementation of various initiatives in the CDC applying detailed knowledge of procedures and systems to ensure efficient operations.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate that you have an organised and structured approach to work, good attention to detail and an excellent level of numeracy.
You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, strong client focus skills and be an enthusiastic team player who possesses a flexible attitude to work.
To have experience of updating websites and experience of data collection and analysis is key for this role.
