is searching for an Education and Publication Coordinator for one of its longtime client partners, Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society™ (WOCN®)
. This position will report to WOCN’s Chief Operations Officer. Ideal candidate will be customer-service driven and possess very strong communication and organizational skills. The position will interact with the WOCN members and volunteers, manage multiple projects and tasks on routine basis and may be required to travel at least once a year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES:
Responsible for working with clinical editor, designated volunteers and staff to support the review and production process of clinical documents (content validation, peer review, formatting, etc.)
Manages all publications (via online bookstore and in document library)
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Policy and Procedures Manual
Supports Education Associate in day-to-day operations of education programs, including: Check and credit card processing, including monthly credit card reconciliation
Creation of WOC extender program invoices and receipts, when requested
Monthly credit card reconciliations
Respond to inquiries from current and prospect participants of WOC extender and CEC programs
Respond to inquiries of WOC extender programs’ Course Coordinators and Clinical Skills Instructors
Processes WOC extender program coordinator and clinical skill instructor applications
Makes recommendations for ways to streamline/improve the user experience
Liaison between internal and external contacts
Performs Payment processing (bills and invoices, reimbursements)
Performs data entry for various databases
Process and fill orders
Maintain and order office supplies
Prepare trade show supplies and shipments
Social media updates as requested and directed

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES
Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma required.
