Modulation Tutoring
I am looking for an expert in how I&Q samples are used to derive bits. This expert needs to understand the algorithms specifically used to convert I&Q samples of various modulations into bit streams. This expert needs to be able to do slides, etc. to illustrate the conversion well and explain why each step is taken ( DC level adjust, FFT, Clock derivation, Phase adjust, Carrier recovery, and so on). The pay will be proportional to how complete the explanation, how well my questions are answered, how well the concepts are explained. I have read several books on modulation, I understand the concepts and have reviewed several equations. Ideally the best candidate would have these tutorials already developed and know C, and C software that implements the algorithms. This would get the best hourly rate. Second best is a person who knows all this information and develops slides, etc. to tutor me. (This would be a lower hourly rate). I am a long time software engineer. This is not a project with a timeline etc. This is instruction. I am not interested in MatLab instruction. I will pay expert rates, but only after the person has proved they are an expert and given a tutorial to me on BPSK that answers my questions.
