Director of Player Development (Sports Program Associate)

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Director of Player Development (Sports Program Associate) to work in the Football program. This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be expected to prepare student-athletes for personal, academic, and professional success while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. Duties include but are not limited to:
*Create and implement individual development plans to ensure student-athlete alignment to achieve career goals. *Assist with housing assignments and monitor housing. *Identify opportunities for community service projects and lead all efforts. *Identify and engage in projects that promote student-athlete welfare. *In collaboration with academic services guide and promote the academic success of student-athletes, providing a positive atmosphere conducive to the social and academic growth of the student-athlete.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a related discipline; AND previous experience as coach or player at the collegiate level; OR working in an athletic department setting.
The position often requires evening and weekend hours and travel with the team.
