It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  Responsibilities: Leading and delivering Corporate Governance and ESG advisory projects to C-suite and Board level client contactsResearching, assessing and advising companies on Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy and exposure items, as they relate to reporting standards, regulations, peer practices, company strategy, and investor standards for applicable regionsAssisting with data analysis and synthesis to support our review of client corporate governance practices across large, mid to small cap public/private companiesConsulting with clients on alignment with a variety of ESG disclosure frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNSDGsEngaging and managing best board study, and playing a key role in business development to explore and expand the ESG opportunities and to make invoice in the marketIdentifying the changes and trends of ESG related policies, regulations, standards in China, and demonstrating and reporting the latest requirements internally and externallyEstablishing and nurturing a positive relationship with government and industry associations, conducting ESG related studies, and supporting external engagement and industry-standards/rules influenceWorking alongside other global Governance team members and with clients to customize stakeholder engagement discussions and navigate the evolving regulatory and environmentCollaborating with product lines across global Aon to deliver the best solutions to our clientsParticipating in board/executive education sessions on emerging ESG topics like climate, cyber, diversity & inclusion, talent attraction & retention, and effective governancePerforming research on a variety of ESG, corporate governance, legal and other matters Requirements:Experience in corporate governance, executive compensation, ESG, finance, data & analytics, and/or consulting preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to identify problems and solutionsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with senior-level executives and business clientsAbility to communicate complex strategies and content in an organized and articulate mannerStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independentlyStrong research, analytical and critical thinking skillsEffective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, including ability to multi-taskHighly organized, detail-oriented and proactiveHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
