Duties
: Knight Music Academy is seeking a VIOLIN/VIOLA INSTRUCTOR and a PIANO INSTRUCTOR to join our faculty. S/he will serve as an integral member of our program team. Responsibilities include:
• Provide weekly private lessons for ages 5 years through adult at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
Qualifications
: • Minimum of B.A. or B.M. in performance or B.M.E. with violin/viola or piano concentration; Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of book 1 Suzuki training, or willingness to obtain training
• One or more years of teaching experience
• Exceptional teaching and interpersonal skills
Salary
: Part-time, hourly position. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and education. Discount on retail merchandise in our on-site boutique.
