The Executive Support Team in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and admin services to the executive team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us in the post of Personal Assistant to the Head of School (School of Nursing and Midwifery). Additionally you will have direct responsibility of 2 part-time Assistant Administrators. Under the direction of the Senior Personal Assistant to the Executive Dean you will provide a comprehensive and confidential PA service to support the Head of School, Associate Heads, and Faculty Executives, where appropriate. You will be responsible for the line management of 2 part-time Assistant Administrators within your office. You will provide a customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support service whilst maintaining high standards of diplomacy, sensitivity and professionalism. This full time role. You will need to be a team player and engage in collaborative tasks across the wider team, offering support and guidance to colleagues. You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects.
