JOB OVERVIEW
As one of the oldest medical schools in the country, the UC College of Medicine has a reputation for training best-in-class health care professionals and developing cutting-edge procedures and research that improves the health and clinical care of patients.

 

The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Nephrology, Kidney CARE Program is seeking an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This individual will contribute to the clinical/patient care, research, and teaching missions of the division.

*Clinical/patient care responsibilities will include both transplant and general nephrology practice. *Encompass an active role in departmental fellowship programs, resident and medical student teaching. *Teaching duties will include precepting of fellows, medical students and/or residents in your office-based practice.  *Additional teaching duties will include providing lectures or leading small group discussions as part of the UC College of Medicine or residency curriculum, clinical case conferences, core curricula and journal clubs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have an M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or D.O. degree, and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio in applicable field.
