The Placement Systems Compliance Team supports the Faculty’s extensive statutory placement activity using a bespoke placement management information system. This post is responsible for supporting the Placement Systems Compliance Manager. If you are a proactive experienced administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills, together with the ability to work accurately and flexibly in a busy and constantly changing environment, then this is an exciting opportunity for you. Within the Team your role would include:- Supporting the maintenance and development of the placement management information system; Supporting users to complete required processes and audits; Resolving system issues for internal and external users; The collection, analysis and reporting of data; Delivery of training, either virtually or face-to-face, to different audiences such as students, academics, placement hosts. This may involve travel throughout the South West region; Creating and maintaining training videos, guides and information. You will work primarily on the Plymouth city centre campus. Whilst most of your time will be spent on campus, you may be able to work from home in a way that is balanced with the needs of the role, usually for part of your working week. We work in a very digital way using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom but we also prioritise face-to-face contact for collaboration and team building. There is an essential requirement within this role that you will be required to travel to and work at different University sites and/or other business locations that may not be easily accessible by public transport.
