Nurse Educator - Mixed Shifts

Provides clinical education to staff in the medical/surgical setting.

Demonstrates the ability to teach information to all levels of learning ability.

Assists Education Director in promoting continued staff competency in the provision of patient care.

Serves as the liaison between nursing and ancillary departments to address interdisciplinary educational needs of the facility

Assists Education Director with hospital wide education programs.
 ','!*!Qualifications:


·         Georgia RN licensure required
·         Bachelors  degree required
·         Three (3) years of medical/surgical hospital experience required
·         One year of teaching experience (i.e. precepting, mentoring, providing in-services) in a clinical environment preferred.
·         BLS - American Heart Association - required
·         BLS/ACLS Instructor Preferred
·         Certification in specialty preferred.','Med/Surg Clinical Educator'
