We have a rare opportunity for a creative andenthusiastic People Development Advisor to join our team.  This is a great time to join as we develop our new L&D framework to support talent across the business.
You will play a key role in supporting the People Strategy at a challenging but exciting time for the University as we develop our strategic plans for the future.  At the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., we are student-focussed in everything we do and our people are a pivotal part in reaching our goals.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a team committed to developing people.  Working as a job share with another People Development Advisor, this role will require someone who is enthusiastic about developing people across a range of activity but is also organised to support the L&D framework to ensure interventions have impact in the business.
The role is a part-time position (18.5 hours) but we operate an agile approach to working where you will work your hours as a mix at home and in the office offering flexibility based on business, team and individual needs.
