SUMMARY:
Under the direction of Co-Director and Program Coordinator, is responsible for assisting with the implementation of research, training, and clinical initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
Conducts literature reviews, maintains up-to-date research on requested topics, and updates vitae.
Contributes to the preparation and submission of grant proposals and manuscripts.
Performs various administrative duties as assigned, including related to research, training, and general clinic.
Performs various database operations as assigned and assists with research/data file maintenance including data entry and data checks.
Generates, compiles, and presents data pertinent to research and clinical activities; assists with summarizing findings and report preparation.
Contributes to the development of creative, engaging presentations through PowerPoint and other multimedia assistance.
Corresponds via telephone and email.
Administers an approved informed consent process for research and/or treatment purposes.
Administers and scores treatment and training-related measures.
Prepares training-related correspondence.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and organizational skills, and computer skills are preferred. Experience with grant proposal preparation, research, administering standardized measures, providing administrative support, and developing PowerPoint presentations also preferred. One to two evenings are required. Travel between the two CARES sites (Stratford and Vineland) may be required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree required.
