Job Overview
Provide organizational and administrative support for Professional level searches within the University as well as providing general support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Essential Functions
Provide organizational support for assigned specific search committees. Ensure all steps of the hiring process have been completed and documented as required.
Act as administrative leader, project manager, and support for high level searches to include scheduling meetings, providing communication to search committee members, scheduling interviews and related travel, and documenting recruiting strategy and search process.
Support the talent acquisition team in functions such as posting jobs, maintaining the Success Factors applicant tracking system, and communicating with candidates.
Interface with other departments across the University.
Assist with implementing policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist Talent Acquisition with data gathering, reporting, and planning.
Work in harmony with a wide range of University personnel, including Leadership.
Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Additional Qualifications Considered
Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting Senior level executives.
Higher Education Experience.
Experience with Applicant Tracking systems.
Possess advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence among colleagues, staff, faculty and mangement.
Outstanding organizational and communications skills. Ability to follow through on commitments.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
